1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Xeno Police Department ("XPD", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or participate in XPD activities.

2. Eligibility

XPD operates within VRChat. Participants must comply with VRChat's own Terms of Service. Officer roles are limited to members of the official XPD Discord server who have been granted the appropriate roles by administrators.

3. Conduct

All members are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct within XPD spaces, VRChat worlds, and Discord. Harassment, discrimination, or rule-breaking may result in immediate removal and deactivation of whitelist access.

4. Whitelist System

Access to XPD-restricted VRChat worlds is granted via a whitelist system tied to your Discord membership and role. This access may be revoked at any time at the discretion of XPD leadership. Sharing whitelist access or attempting to circumvent the system is strictly prohibited.

5. Roleplay Standards

XPD is a roleplay group. Events, arrests, and patrols are fictional scenarios. Real-world law enforcement tactics or coercion of non-consenting participants is prohibited. All participants engage voluntarily.

6. Content & Uploads

Officers uploading arrest records or mugshots to this platform confirm they have appropriate in-world consent for the use of VRChat screenshots and that the content does not violate VRChat's Terms of Service or applicable laws.

7. Termination

XPD reserves the right to remove any member from the whitelist, Discord server, or platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct violations or operational changes.

8. Disclaimer

XPD is a fan-run community group, not affiliated with VRChat Inc. The site and whitelist system are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
