What Is the Xeno Police Department

The Xeno Police Department (XPD) began as a side project within our community. In August 2025, we committed to developing it into a full roleplay department with a handbook, structured training, community invitations, and regular patrols.

XPD is both Quest- and PC-supported. We are a neurodivergence-friendly community, supporting members with:

  • Attention & Executive Function differences (ADD/ADHD)

  • Autism Spectrum

  • Learning Differences

  • Processing & Sensory Disorders

  • Mood & Trauma-related conditions

  • Other recognized forms of neurodivergence

We also celebrate creativity. Members who own bases such as Ukon Second Type, Eira, Rusk, Mint, and others can receive specially made models built from those bases. In addition, members at the Recruit rank and above are welcome to design and use their own custom avatars within XPD.

XPD is more than just patrols and training, we also provide:

  • A chill lounge area within the station to relax and socialize.

  • Community events such as hangouts, games, and casual roleplay.

  • A balanced environment of professional patrols and friendly downtime.

What is our goals within XPD

XPD is built with the vision of being more than just another VRChat roleplay group. Our goals are:

  1. Professional Roleplay - Deliver immersive, structured patrols and training that feel authentic while staying fun.

  2. Inclusivity & Support - Ensure members of all backgrounds and abilities feel welcome, respected, and supported.

  3. Creative Freedom - Encourage members to design, customize, and showcase avatars that reflect their personality within XPD’s framework.

  4. Community Growth - Provide both on-duty experiences and off-duty chill areas/events, creating a balanced, social environment.

  5. Education & Structure - Teach new recruits about teamwork, responsibility, and roleplay discipline in a safe, guided way.

  6. Long-Term Stability - Build XPD into a sustainable, lasting community where members feel a sense of pride and belonging.

XPD – Server & Community Guidelines

1. Respect All Members
Treat everyone with respect, regardless of background, identity, or differences. Harassment, discrimination, or toxicity will not be tolerated.

2. Roleplay Standards
Stay in character during roleplay sessions and follow scenario guidelines. Breaking immersion intentionally disrupts the experience for others.

3. Inclusivity & Accessibility
We welcome members of all abilities. Do not mock or dismiss someone’s challenges. XPD is built on fairness and equal opportunity.

4. No Cheating or Exploits
Do not use mods, exploits, or unauthorized tools that provide unfair advantages or break server rules.

5. Content Sharing
Do not share custom models, assets, or training materials without permission. Violations will result in removal.

6. Training & Chain of Command
Respect trainers, officers, and leadership roles. Follow instructions during training, patrols, and events.

7. Discord & VRChat Conduct
Maintain professionalism in both Discord and VRChat. What you do in either space reflects on the community.

8. Age Requirement
Members must meet the minimum age requirement set by VRChat and Discord. No exceptions.

9. Confidentiality
Do not leak private information, screenshots, or recordings without consent.

10. Direct Messages (DMs)
Members must keep their Discord DMs open to trainers and command staff for operational purposes. Refusal to comply may result in removal.

11. No 18+ Content
XPD is a professional, inclusive roleplay environment. Sharing or engaging in NSFW, 18+, or sexually explicit content within XPD spaces is strictly prohibited.

12. Enforcement
Breaking these rules may result in warnings, removal from events, or permanent removal from XPD.

Patrol Roles & On-Duty Conduct

When patrolling, all members must follow these operational guidelines to maintain professionalism.

1. Portal Rules

  • Portals may only be spawned in the briefing area.

  • Do not spawn portals during active patrols or events.

2. Tags & Identification

  • You are not allowed to patrol with a tag alone.

  • Always patrol as part of a recognized unit or group.

3. Avatar Settings

  • Cloning must be kept off during all patrols.

4. World Restrictions

  • Do not patrol in gaming worlds, sleeping worlds, or 18+ worlds.

  • Approved patrol worlds include both Quest and PC-compatible spaces such as:

    • The Great Pug

    • The Black Cat

    • Midnight Rooftops

    • Super Kmart Center

  • Stay away from other active roleplay groups unless participating in a planned joint event.

Summary

XPD operates with professionalism in both its community and patrol operations. By following these guidelines, members help create a safe, fun, and respectful roleplay environment for everyone.
